Reynolds C. Bish is a seasoned software executive with a track record of building, scaling, and transforming enterprise technology businesses. As CEO of Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax), he has redefined the company’s strategic direction, driving consistent growth in revenue, EBITDA, and shareholder value. His leadership was instrumental in managing complex carve-outs, rebranding initiatives, and successful private equity transitions—including the 2022 acquisition of Kofax by TA Associates and Clearlake Capital.
Reynolds is best known for his ability to reposition companies for modern enterprise needs. Before Tungsten, he co-founded Captiva Software, which he led to a successful NASDAQ listing and eventual acquisition by EMC. His early leadership at Unibase Systems and Covalent Systems helped pioneer advancements in data entry and production management technologies.
A recognized voice in the enterprise software industry, Reynolds was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2003 and Director of the Year by the Corporate Directors Forum in 2008. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse.
